Deprecate the following modules: echobox, pvn, lua. The echobox is implemented better by onequestionmark and the pvn module currently no longer works (and is also reimplemented in onequestionmark). The lua module is becoming core functionality as the configuration system in tqm 2026 will lua-based; a separate lua module doesn't make sense.

Possible deprecations: cat and dog (fairly simple modules, but not sure if these are used anywhere).
