Would be nice to allow modules to set topic on channels. The only example I can come up with is automatically updating the Februaryween countdown in #chat1, which currently has to be manually updated (by me).

Or maybe we don't even need a Februaryween countdown at all. Who knows.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
